Dr. Raymond Tavershima Anumve (FSLC, GCE, NCE, B.ED, M.SC, TRCC, PhD)

Academic, Writer, Political Scientist, Educationist, Poet, Author, Politician, Motivator, Philanthropist, Administrator.

Born at Jato-Aka, Turan, Kwande LGA to Late Evangelist Joseph Anumve Ahwan of Injorov, Mbadura District, Turan, Kwande LGA. He is aChristian and is married with five children. He is a member of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Current Engagements: Lecturer, Department of Political Science, Benue State University, Makurdi; Facilitator/Supervisor, National Open University of Nigeria.

Ed); Benue State University, Makurdi, 2001-2003, (M. Sc.) Degree in Public Administration; Benue State University, Makurdi, 2008-2016, (Doctor of Philosophy) in Political Science with Specialization in Public Administration and Public Policy.

Dr. Anumve has had a rich public service career as an administrator, teacher and academic. As a teacher and administrator, he joined the Benue State Government in 1990 and rose to the rank of Deputy Director of Education. While serving the government, he was appointed in August 1999 during the George Akume administration to serve as Special Assistant in the office of Special Adviser on Political Matters from 1999 to 2003 and Bureau of Rural Development where he worked with the Special Adviser on Rural Development. Again in 2011-2015, he served as Senior Special Assistant on Inter-Party Affairs during the administration of Gvernor Gabriel Suswam. He served meritoriously.  It is important to note that for about three times, Dr Anumve offered to serve the state in different capacities under the PDP. Though in all of these three times he was denied in very strange and often controversial circumstances, he accepted the decision of the party in good faith, believing that it is only God that gives leadership.

Engr. Abubakar Gambo Umar MNSE

Engr Abubakar Gambo Umar MNSE has a chemical Engineering Degree from Ahamdu Bello University Zaria, a Masters Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy (ABU Zaria) and a Post Graduate Diplo in Management (NDA Kaduna). He is a COREN ( Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) certified Chemical Engineer.

Currently Director – General/CEO of Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation (January 2020 – Date). He was also the Chairman, Governing Board of Nigerian Film Corporation Jos  (2018 – 2021).

He also served as Special Assistant (SA) to the Hon Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development from 2015 to 2018.  In 2014, Engr Abubakar Gambo Umar was appointed Deputy Secretary – General of  Arewa Consultative Forum ACF Kaduna, and served for 6 years, during which he also acted as Secretary General for some months. In 2012, Engr Umar was appointed by Taraba state Government as the pioneer Chairman of the Governing Board of Taraba State Television Corporation Jalingo. Between 2005 and 2007, Abubakar Umar was appointed by the Federal Government to serve as Member of the Governing Board

Nigerian film Corporation Jos.

Engr Abubakar has worked in Kaduna Polytechnic as a lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering from1995, and in year 2000, set up his professional consultancy firm,  Zaitun Engineering and General Services Ltd, where he served as its Managing Partner/CEO.                             

Engr Abubakar Gambo Umar is a member of/ registered with the following professional organisations: Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN, Nigerian Society of Engineers NSE, Nigeria Society of Chemical Engineers, NSChE, Society of Petroleum Engineers SPE (International), International Association for Impact Assessment IAIA, International Solid Waste Association ISWA, Nigerian Environmental Society, Kaduna Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture, Nigeria Institute of Management and Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators.

Engr Abubakar Gambo Umar holds the traditional title of Santuraki Gassol in Gassol Local Government of Taraba state.

He was a two terms Branch Secretary and vice chairman respectively.

Darma graduated in the department of Art and Social Sciences Education faculty of Education PhD in view, MEd (2014) Bed (2001) Social Studies Education respectively. The chair served as a resources person to NCNE/UNICEF (multi grade)2013-2015. Lecturer and currently chair/CEO may-gal ventures, project Secretary CeCe foundation Katsina and regional representative (Northwest) Monrole global Zaria, Kaduna state office.

Attended national and international conferences and workshops. Happily married with children.

PLATEAU BRANCH CHAIRMAN

Engr. Yunana Solomon Masok

Engr. Yunana Solomon Masok was born in Tangur village of Bokkos LGA, Plateau State, on the 10^th of March, 1972. He attended LGED Pilot Primary School, Bokkos; Government College, Pankshin; Mangu Secondary School, Mangu; and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained his FSLC; SSC; B.Eng, Metallurgical; and MSc, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering respectively. Yunana Masok isregistered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and is also a Corporate Member of Nigerian Metallurgical Society (NMS).

Engr Masok has vast experience in both the public and business sectors. He is an Entrepreneur who loves community service and likes to participate actively in politics. He has served in several capacities in different organizations and fora, beginning from his student days.

Yunana Masok is currently a Chief Technologist with the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi. He is happily married to Sylvia and they are blessed with a son, David. His hobbies are research, politics and Chess.

Leo Ndu Nwaogwugwu Esq.

Leo Ndu Nwaogwugwu Esq. hails from Ubahi Eziala Amumara, Ezinihitte Mbaise, Imo State.  He attended St. Patrick’s Secondary School Ogbe Ahiara Ahiazu Mbaise, where he made a mark as the Deputy Senior Prefect.  He was a pioneer student of the Federal Polytechnic (now Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic) Unwana Afikpo. He is of the Class of 2001 of Faculty of Law Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where he obtained LL. B (Hons) before attending the Nigerian Law School for his BL. He was called to the Nigeria Bar on 1^st July 2003.

He is currently the Principal of L N U Nwaogwugwu & Co, a Firm of Legal Practitioners and Consultants situate at Plot 180 Ndoni Close, Rumuogba Estate, Port Harcourt. 

He is the Secretary (Second Tenure) ABU Alumni Association, Rivers State Branch.

Leo Ndu Nwaogwugwu Esq., a holder of two chieftaincy titles, is married with children. He is the current President General, Eziala Amumara Development Union, former Legal Adviser of the same community both Home and Abroad and in Port Harcourt. He was former Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association Mbaise Branch, former member, Nigerian Bar Association National Executive Committee (NBA, NEC), Chairman, NBA Mbaise Branch Bar Centre Commissioning/HRH Eze Barr B. S. C. Nzenwa Memorial Lecture, Planning Committee 2014, Chairman NBA Mbaise Branch, Law Week/HRH Eze Barr B. S. C. Nzenwa Memorial Lecture Planning Committee 2016, amongst other positions so far held.
